Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ContractMe collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to the ContractMe website and application. ContractMe is a product operated by SevasOne.

Information we collect

Account details you provide: name, work email, company, and password credentials.
Documents you upload for review, and the review output generated from them.
Usage data needed to operate the service: request timestamps, feature usage, error logs.
Billing details if you subscribe to a paid plan, processed by our payment provider.

How we use it

To provide the service: analysing the documents you submit and returning review output.
To secure the service: detecting abuse, enforcing rate limits, and investigating incidents.
To support you: responding to requests you send us.
To improve the product in aggregate: quality metrics that do not expose your document content.

Model training

We do not use your documents or review output to train models. Content you upload is processed to generate your review only, and is not shared between workspaces.

Subprocessors

We use third-party infrastructure and model providers to run the service. These providers process data on our instructions under contractual confidentiality and data protection terms. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Data retention

Documents and review output are retained for the period set on your workspace, and can be deleted at any time. Deleted documents are removed from active systems promptly and from backups within our standard backup cycle.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello@sevasone.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Access to production systems is limited, logged, and reviewed.
